Any wind wrong tides ? No chance ,Without the help of a pair of specialist azimuth tug boats at a eye watering cost. Is the Edward going to be totally out of bounds as work is undertaken, or all work stops and every one stands around whilst boat is on berth so causing time and cost to escalate. And what is this shite we want to drill so as not to annoy anybody with noise, buy the whole of the island noise canceling headphone's. Buy the bleedin pets living on the prom and the tram horses, it will work out cheaper or are they scared piers will not survive the vibrations.
