Speak to anybody who actually deals with cruise ship passengers direct. They'll tell you that the daily spend is limited to a bus/train ride, castle/museum ticket and an unremarkable purchase. We can't rely on this non business mentality any longer.

The tram crash is what you get to see. Behind the scenes, there is a department completely out of control in respect to how they treat people, the public and spend OUR money.
