He's getting my vote, very nice chap indeed, and seems to get stuff done! We had a long chat about this 'n that and seemed to share similar interests. You have to fill in a form stating that you're a candidate, and where and when you announced, then you get it free of charge - got it on a CD Rom from the registry.
