matty
For a proper Cave reunion we need a huge flight of stairs that you can fall down somehow managing not to kill yourself in the process Thought that was the MGM???

The Godfather of Manx House
I have an incredible tale that happened to me in Turkey that involved four drag queens, a full length slide down a bar, about twenty Tequilas and, pertinently, "It's Raining Men". But it's probably a "you have to have been there", if I'm honest ... ...GOMH*...

Miss Take
For a proper Cave reunion we need a huge flight of stairs that you can fall down somehow managing not to kill yourself in the process Thought that was the MGM??? If I remember rightly (and I probably don't) the MGM had quite a narrow staircase so there was a good chance of you being able to arrest your fall by grabbing at the wall in panic, whereas the Cave's stairs were wider so once you started falling there was no stopping, except in a huddled mess at the bottom? John
glad to say I never fell down either stairways.. MissT, the narrow stairs where at the old Peel Castle Disco upstairs in Peel..
Miss Take
Didn't the stairs in the cave have a slightly wider step half way down? If you were lucky, you'd maybe stop there. Except it was probably covered in spillages of snakebite and black or taboo and lemonade, making it even more treacherous than the other steps.
