TheDruid-3X3
Any Douglas Hotel or Restaurant is welcome to use that Recipe to help promote Manx Tourism. But don't have these Breakfasts too often or you could get Fat. 3X3

TheDruid-3X3
Awens to All: Last Weekend, I made a Triad Breakfast. First, I Fried Three Eggs and then put them aside. Then I made Three Pan Fried Potato Cakes. Then I put the Fried Eggs on the Potato Cakes and then put some Grated Cheddar Cheese on each of them and let the Cheese Melt into the Three Eggs & Potato Cakes. Put that on a Plate and put a squirt of Ketchup in the Center. It was Sooooooo Delicious! 3X3

I like my egg yolk runny and this makes it rubbery . Not a big fan of cheese on top of fried egg as I feel that I lose the flavour of the egg.. On the other hand grated cheese on top of a potato cake willbe very nice.

TheDruid-3X3
I did one of my Manx Triad Grand Slam Breakfasts this morning except it was made with a Healthy Potato Alternative Vegetable called "Jerusalem Artichoke" which is a Tuberous Potato Substitute Vegetable that is good for you if you have Diabetes as it helps to stabilize the Blood Sugars and Enhance The Immune System. For the recipe of making the Hash Brown Sunchoke Cakes instead of Potatoes - you follow this: Here is the Recipe: 3 Cups of Grated Raw Sunchoke Dash of Black Pepper Dash of Sea Salt Dash of Ground Garlic Dash of Poultry Seasoning Dash of Cayenne Pepper Handful of Flour (about a 1/2 Cup) 1 Egg Mix Grated Raw Sunchoke with Spices until thoroughly mixed. Then mix in Flour until thoroughly blended. Then ad Egg and mix until thoroughly mixed in. I decided to try it in a square Electric Frying Pan. Preheat Electric Frying Pan to Max Temperature and put in about 2 Table Spoons of Butter along with a splash of Olive Oil. Make 5 Cakes and put them in to Fry until turn Golden Brown on each side: 3X3

TheDruid-3X3
One Day, I would Love to make a Manx Kipper version of my Triad Manx Breakfast. I would use 1/4 Sliced Chunks of Kipper to replace the 3 Sausages and use Red Seafood Marinara Sauce. Attached is how I would Slice Up the Kipper. 3X3
