Strange how a lot of the local news threads start after the subject has appeared in the press. I don't get this curious snobbery about reading papers. OK the journalism isn't brilliant and the grammar is worse but there is still more information there than you find in most places. Anyway, maybe I'm getting old but I am so pleased that I am not booked on the boat from Douglas tonight!!
