Indeed. Ramsey have 12 commissioners. 9 were returned without the need for any voting. 3 were elected after a vote in 2021. Lamara was second in that vote. The electorate has decided and she is the second most popular candidate out of 12 commissioners. She could trigger a bye-election, however based on the 2021 results, she's likely to be re-elected.

"Tea breaks" is being used by commercial pilots to explain delays. I heard it myself from an EJ pilot. The pilots know that the runway is closed and the reasons why. They're just trying to make light of it to their passengers. That is sadly spreading.

Its similar to registering for online banking. You're issued with two security codes. One is sent electronically and the other by post to the address they hold for you. You need both codes to register.

Self employed pay a flat rate class 2 contribution and an earnings related class 4 contribution. Employed pay an earnings related class 1 contribution. Class 4 is to make sure that self employed and employed pay roughly the same. Without it, the self employed would only pay the flat rate of £5.70 per week. -
