Albert Tatlock Posted July 23, 2006 Posted July 23, 2006 Wow! That looked brilliant! I've flown that airline! I think it was a Comed flight to Blackpool. Now they were the guys that put the Comed into Comedy!. They even did that trick 'yes that's your plane - no not that one the one behind'. eeek! Quote

mojomonkey Posted July 28, 2006 Posted July 28, 2006 That's a Korean Air plane - I've flown with them. Fortunately my landings were a lot smoother than that. Quote
the_kitty Posted July 29, 2006 Posted July 29, 2006 chavs + scooter + roundabout = explosion http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FbFVBiGuQlU Oh god, that looked really bad Quote
WilDDog Posted July 29, 2006 Posted July 29, 2006 I reckon you'd be spot on with that assumption Kitty. It did look bad. Quote
mojomonkey Posted July 29, 2006 Posted July 29, 2006 It's a fine example of darwinism. If they're stupid enough to do that I doubt they'd be a great loss to society. Quote
Amadeus Posted July 31, 2006 Author Posted July 31, 2006 There's really nothing you can't find on that site, it seems.. Below is a clip of one of the rarest cars ever - the absolute ultimate Monster for the road, the maddest machine ever build - there simply are no words to describe this thing properly.. It's called the Weineck Cobra, and it was a normal AC Cobra in it's previous life - then some mad German engineers fitted it with a 12.9l V8 engine, added some NOS for additional fun, and somehow managed to make it road legal. Basic specs for the version in that clip are 850bhp + an additional 500bhp when you press that red button - but if that's not enough, then they're happy to build you one with 1300bhp + NOS - that's getting close to 2000bhp in full-out mode then (Oh, and the guy in that clip mentioned something that if you really, really, really want something quick, then they can provide you with a 4500bhp engine as well....) The clip is in German, and if you don't want to listen to all of it, then fast forward to 5 minutes in - that's where they take it for a drive.. Weineck Cobra Video Forgot the performance of the one in that clip - 0-60 less than 3 seconds, 0-120 in 6.5, 0-200mph in less than 10 seconds - and it has a bomb-proof casing for the carbon-fibre clutch and drivetrain, in case it explodes under 1700NM of torque Top Speed? No-one really knows.... I soooooooooooooo want one! Quote
Rich Posted August 3, 2006 Posted August 3, 2006 chavs + scooter + roundabout = explosion http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FbFVBiGuQlU Oh god, that looked really bad Made the news too. Quote
