Like I said.  Most odd, and a bit pathetic.

I can come back at that very easily and point out I would have been arrested long ago if I couldn’t get dressed.

You however don’t seem capable of actually responding to what is said, only making stupid and meaningless comments about people ability to dress themselves.

Maybe somebody else dresses you? Who knows?

There was a cubicle on the first floor which I really couldn't work out whether the pan or the door had gone on first. A triumph in compact design. Almost impossible to navigate with ones utility belt and effects attached.

Batman made the same complaint.

Oh here we go, he's an expert in the hospitality industry as well as all the others.

Rosie has done well at the Sulby, you only need to look at how many landlords the Ginger has had in the time she's been there to see that.

Maybe she’s retiring before there’s a family feud……….

Oh that’s already happened- pond life

Never understood the whole Sulby Glen thing other than it’s on a fast bit.

I'm always mildly surprised they were in Strand Street anyway - they're the sort of specialist shop that you'd expect somewhere with lower rents.  Weren't they originally in the Arcade until the Government got greedy (and ended up with a lot of empty shops)?  Presumably they had a good lease that has now run out and they'll work from home till they find somewhere more suitable.

They were originally under the founder  - moved to Victoria Street then changed ownership- very captive market and believe me if you have kids that dance there’s only one shop to go to - will have a knock on effect but agree not necessarily a high street business

Wow your hatred of the TT is expanding to businesses on the course, especially if their family have taken part.

The roads are closed for a few hours for a couple of weeks in the summer, get over it FFS.

And the weeks when they close it, so they can put up the signage, resurfacing sections of the race track oops public highway and straightening out a few bends so they can hail a new lap record by a tenth of a second.

The Schrodinger cats of practise road closures.... and now 8 weeks of speed limits while they paint bushes, trim kerbs and faff about some more patching a few holes that have been deemed fine the other 50 weeks of the year for the plebs.

Wonder how many trees on the race track are for the chainsaw to ensure the helicopters get a good view for the TV?

Also wonder what has happened to the mighty new scoreboard and TT merchandise.

Aloha, by the bus station up for sale.

One of the women at work loves it, says it’s always busy, “must be a goldmine”

Up for sale for 25k, so will be expecting to take about half that.

There is no money in most of these businesses

I am amazed that dance shop lasted as long as it did I have yet to see anyone in it I wonder how the material and wool shop is doing that looks to be quiet they were in Howard Street for ages, Strand Street rents are a killer and then the rates on top before you start on running costs such as leccy and staff wages.   It is sad we are going  to end up with just coffee and charity shops soon.

Is/was it the take away opposite 'The Caff' in Vic st? If so, didn't want sweet so left. Not the passing trade for their offering? The previous tenant did fat pasties, v good, so depends on what you offer?

Eight till four? Six days a week? I'd be tempted, could be made to work?
