ellanvannin2010 Posted April 3, 2020 Share Posted April 3, 2020 Every proposal for LA reform seems to involve merging the small and efficient authorities, usually rural ones, into the top heavy and expensive larger ones such as the Douglas Corporation or Ramsey when they are the ones that need reforming not the small efficient ones. I wonder if anybody is calculating the amount of money that's currently flooding off-island on account of everybody doing their buying on the internet because of lockdown?
