Mr. Sausages
Weird how this Brexit campaign funder / Farage’s best mate agrees with Putin. Wonder if the sanctions will reach that far…

Shake me up Judy
Top man Ben Wallace. Imagine this crisis if Corbyn would've won the last election in a coalition propped up by Lucas and Sturgeon and co. Would he even believe that they were Russian tanks rolling into the Donbas ?

George Galloway and Alex Salmond have had their own shows. I'm pretty sure RT News represents only a tiny fraction of Russia's total investment in propaganda and political influencing, and it isn't just brexiters, anti-vaxxers and separitists who benefit. My conspiracy theory is that Russia has been undermining democracy by promoting the most idiotic, corrupt and destructive politicians and journalists they can find.

Shake me up Judy
Putin and his chums bought a lot of western friends and influence with their dirty roubles. I wonder how much of it found its way here ?
Freggyragh
Oh yes - many more of them. I think we'll find it isn't just tories and fellow travellers though - probably less so because; 1. they already support Putin and don't need paying. 2. they have other sources of cash.
The Phantom
Well China did ask Putin nicely if he would wait until the Olympics had finished. China will also be watching to see our reaction and how this would pan out with their Taiwan plans.

Mr. Sausages
Apparently all the people sanctioned by uk so far have been on the us sanction list since 2018. This could be significant though:

HeliX
Great, Neo-Nazi Ukrainians vs Putin, and the people who are going to get shit all over are the separatists and regular Ukrainian citizens. As usual.

(rhetorical question, of course)
