Teachers industrial action meetings occured on the 18th and 20th. Probably unrelated to the missing week of emails. Why were these not restored by GTS for the tribunal? The pandemic plan, which was updated in February 2020, had public health as the lead agency. 'An Interim Pandemic Plan 2020 was circulated in February 2020 (Appendix 4). Although minutes of a Resilience Group meeting in early March record that the plan had been completed and published, that does not seem to have happened. In June 2020, the Speaker of Tynwald identified that the document was not in the public arena; an email exchange followed between Dr Ewart and DHA that revealed that nobody was quite sure of its ownership.' How many people delete sent emails on their personal account. I mean most of us are too busy deleting the thousand of spam emails in our inbox , or trying to save emails we want, that have been sent to the Junk box. Hilary Clinton comes to mind.
